TCPL Packaging Limited reported 17% decline in Q4-18 results

TCPL Packaging Limited - India’s largest manufacturers of folding cartons - reported 17% decline in Q4-18 quarterly net profit on YOY (Year On Year) basis. Company reported net profit of 4.05 crores in Q4-18 compared to 4.93 crores in Q4-17. Revenue in the same period grew by 15.7% from 160.57 crores to 185.9 crores.


Full year FY2017-18 revenue grew by 6% from 672.97 crores to 715.4 crores. Net profit for full year declined by 37% from 32.46 crores to 20.21 crores. Decline is profits are due to increase in expenses majorly contributed by raw material cost.


12 months EPS of the company decreased from 37.32 to 22.58.

TCPL Packaging Limited has declared a dividend of Rs. 3.70/Share.
Results were announced post market hours, stock closed at Rs. 532.25 up Rs. 7.10 (1.01%) on 25-May-2018.
