Tata Power’s Trombay Thermal Power Station Conferred with the ‘Safety Award’ by National Safety Council

Tata Power’s Trombay Thermal Power Station recently won the safest workplace award by The Maharashtra Chapter of National Safety Council (NSC) for achieving “Longest Accident Free Period (more than Ten Lakhs Man-Hours in a year) in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution Indusirail Group” for the year 2017.
Mr. Shirish Kamat, Chief, Operations & Maintenance and Mr. Hiren M Chauhan, Head Safety & Fire, Tata Power received the award on behalf of entire Trombay Division. Mr. S. P. Rathod, Director In- Charge, Industrial Safety and Health, Government of Maharashtra was the Chief Guest at the award ceremony About Tata Power:
