Sinclairs Hotels receives WBTDC Eligibility Certificate for its Burdwan hotel

Sinclairs Burdwan has been granted the Eligibility Certificate by West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited (WBTDC) under the West Bengal Incentive Scheme 2008.
The Eligibility Certificate will entitle the company to receive State Capital Investment Subsidy of Rs 120 lakh for having successfully set up the project in a Category ‘C’ town. In addition there will be other monetary benefits of Waiver of Electricity Duty for a period of five years, Incentive on Generation of Employment for a period of seven years, subsidy for Quality Improvement of Rs 7.5 lakh and 50% reimbursement of stamp duty and registration fee paid for acquisition of land.
