Karnataka Bank launches "Recovery Management Initiative"

As part of transformation initiatives under "KBL VIKAAS'', Karnataka Bank has envisaged setting up of "Regional Collection Hubs" across the country for Recovery Management under the loan accounts. This hub will consist of Centralized Contact Centre, Regional Retail Collection Team, Regional Corporate Collection Team and Credit Monitoring Team, all of these together will ensure timely collection of dues under loan accounts by ensuring credit discipline among the clients. It is envisaged that this recovery mechanism will help the Bank to ensure a healthy credit port folio in the days to come.

First of its Regional Collection Hub is launched at Bengaluru Regional office recently. It was inaugurated by Shri Nagaraja Rao B, General Manager, Credit Monitoring Department. The executives of Head office and Regional office were present on the occasion.
