CMI Energy India Pvt. Limited gets RDSO approval

CMI Energy India Pvt. ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of CMI Limited having its plant at Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has been lncluded in the list of "RDSO vendors for development order for signalling and Telecom items" for Indian Railways. CMI’s plant at Faridabad is already on the fore front of supplying cables to the Indian Railways.
Expansion and modernisation of Railway network is the main focus area of the government, besides safety & maintenance of Railway tracks because of which Railway capex was pegged at Rs 1.48 lakh crore, up from Rs 1.311akh crore last year.
